Privacy Policy

1. 適用範囲

本ポリシーは、Kitokito Apps（以下「提供者」）が提供するiOS／iPadOSアプリ「KyudoNow」に適用されます。Apple、iCloud、RevenueCat、メール事業者など第三者のサービスには、各社のポリシーも適用されます。

2. 端末内で扱うデータ

KyudoNowは、利用者が入力・選択した次の情報を、通常はアプリのローカル領域に保存します。

• 稽古日時、種別、場所、射数、立、的中・失中・不明・特記、矢所
• 体調、天候、指導、弓具（弓・弦・矢・かけ）などの任意情報
• 稽古に紐づくメモおよび独立した自由メモ、タグ、目標、設定
• 利用者が写真ライブラリから明示的に選んだメモ写真
• CSV、JSON、PDFなど、利用者が作成した書き出しデータ

提供者は、これらの内容を運営サーバーへ自動送信せず、通常は閲覧できません。写真を追加すると、選択した画像の縮小コピーがアプリの保存領域に作成されます。写真ライブラリ全体を収集するものではありません。

3. iCloud Driveバックアップと復元

Pro利用者がiCloud Driveへの保存を選ぶと、稽古記録、メモ、関連写真を含むバックアップパッケージが、利用者のApple Accountに紐づくKyudoNow用iCloudコンテナへ保存されます。iCloud上のデータはAppleが処理し、Appleの規約とプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

新しい保存は、iCloud上の以前のKyudoNowバックアップを置き換えます。復元は利用者が確認後に明示的に実行し、端末内のKyudoNowの記録、メモ、関連写真をバックアップ内容で全置換します。既存データとのマージや重複追加は行いません。バックアップの検証または復元に失敗した場合は、現在の端末内データを維持します。この機能はリアルタイム同期や共同編集ではないため、重要なデータは別途書き出しも併用してください。

4. Pro購読、Apple、RevenueCat

Proの購入、請求、返金、購読管理はApp StoreとApple Accountを通じて行われます。提供者は、氏名、Apple Accountのメールアドレス、支払カード番号などの決済情報を受け取りません。

購読状態の確認、購入の復元、不正利用防止、購入分析のためにRevenueCatを利用します。RevenueCatには、ランダムに生成された匿名のApp User ID、Appleの取引レシート／購入履歴、商品ID、購読・権利状態、アプリ／OS／端末種別などの基本的な技術情報が送信される場合があります。KyudoNowはRevenueCatへ稽古記録、メモ本文、写真、メールアドレス、広告IDを送信しません。

5. 振り返り機能と外部AI

MVPの「端末内振り返り」は、保存済みの稽古記録とメモから、あらかじめ定めた決定的な規則で要点を端末内生成する機能です。AIによる文章生成ではなく、外部の生成AI、LLM、AI APIへ稽古記録やメモを送信しません。将来、外部AIを利用する場合は、送信前の明確な説明と選択、必要な同意、本ポリシーの更新を行います。

6. 問い合わせで受け取る情報

サポートメールを送信すると、メールアドレス、本文、利用者が任意で添付した情報を受け取ります。これらは問い合わせ対応、障害調査、不正利用防止のためにのみ利用し、対応と法令上必要な期間を超えて保持しません。稽古データを送る必要はありません。送信する場合は、不要な個人情報を削除してください。

7. 分析、広告、追跡

MVPは第三者広告SDKやクロスアプリ追跡を使用しません。RevenueCatの購入履歴は、アプリ機能の提供と購読分析のために使用しますが、広告目的の追跡には使用しません。将来この方針を変更する場合は、必要な開示と同意を行います。

8. 保存期間と削除

• 端末内：記録とメモはアプリ内で個別に削除できます。アプリを削除すると、通常は端末内のアプリデータも削除されます。
• iCloud Drive：アプリ削除後もバックアップが残る場合があります。利用者自身のiCloud Drive管理画面からKyudoNowのデータを別途削除してください。
• 購入情報：AppleおよびRevenueCatは、取引、復元、会計、法的義務に必要な期間、購入情報を保持する場合があります。
• 問い合わせ：削除を希望する場合は下記へご連絡ください。本人確認、法令、セキュリティ、技術上の制約により一部を保持する場合があります。

KyudoNowには利用者アカウントがないため、アカウント削除手続きはありません。RevenueCatの匿名顧客記録に関する削除依頼は、確認可能な情報を案内したうえで対応します。

9. 安全管理、子ども、変更

アプリはOSのサンドボックス、必要最小限のアクセス、原子的なファイル保存など合理的な保護を用いますが、完全な安全性を保証することはできません。KyudoNowは子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集するサービスではありません。

機能、委託先、法令の変更に応じて本ポリシーを更新することがあります。重要な変更は、アプリ内または本ページで分かりやすくお知らせします。

10. お問い合わせ

プライバシーに関する質問、削除依頼、苦情は、件名に「KyudoNow Privacy」と記載してご連絡ください。

1. Scope

This Policy applies to KyudoNow for iOS and iPadOS, provided by Kitokito Apps (“we,” “us,” or the “Provider”). Services operated by Apple, iCloud, RevenueCat, and email providers are also governed by their own policies.

2. Data handled on your device

KyudoNow normally stores the following information in the app’s local storage when you enter or select it:

• Practice dates, types, places, arrow counts, rounds, hit results, uncertain or special results, and arrow places
• Optional condition, weather, instruction, and equipment details for your yumi, tsuru, ya, and kake
• Session-linked notes and standalone free-form notes, tags, goals, and settings
• Memo photos that you explicitly select from your photo library
• CSV, JSON, and PDF exports that you create

We do not automatically send this content to our own server and normally cannot view it. When you add a photo, KyudoNow creates a resized local copy of the image you selected; it does not collect your entire photo library.

3. iCloud Drive backup and restore

When a Pro user chooses to save to iCloud Drive, KyudoNow stores a backup package containing practice records, notes, and related photos in the KyudoNow iCloud container associated with that user’s Apple Account. Apple processes iCloud data under Apple’s terms and privacy policy.

A new save replaces the previous KyudoNow backup in iCloud. After you explicitly confirm a restore, KyudoNow fully replaces this device’s local records, notes, and related photos with the backup contents; it does not merge or append duplicate data. If backup validation or restoration fails, current local data is kept. This feature is not real-time synchronization or collaboration, so keep an additional export of important data.

4. Pro subscriptions, Apple, and RevenueCat

Pro purchases, billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled through the App Store and your Apple Account. We do not receive your name, Apple Account email address, payment-card number, or other raw payment details.

We use RevenueCat to verify entitlement status, restore purchases, reduce fraud, and understand subscription performance. RevenueCat may receive a randomly generated anonymous App User ID, Apple transaction receipts or purchase history, product identifiers, subscription and entitlement status, and basic technical information such as app, operating-system, and device type. KyudoNow does not send RevenueCat your practice records, memo text, photos, email address, or advertising identifier.

5. Reflection and external AI

In the MVP, “On-device Reflection” uses predefined, deterministic rules on your device to organize insights from stored practice records and notes. It is not AI-generated text and does not transmit practice data or memo content to an external generative-AI model, LLM, or AI API. If we add external AI later, we will provide a clear explanation and choice before transmission, obtain any required consent, and update this Policy.

6. Information you send to support

If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to attach. We use it only to respond, investigate problems, and prevent misuse, and keep it no longer than needed for those purposes and legal obligations. You do not need to send practice data; remove unnecessary personal information if you choose to do so.

7. Analytics, advertising, and tracking

The MVP does not include a third-party advertising SDK or cross-app tracking. RevenueCat purchase history is used for app functionality and subscription analytics, not advertising tracking. We will provide any required disclosure and consent before changing this practice.

8. Retention and deletion

• On device: You can delete individual records and notes in the app. Deleting the app normally deletes its local app data.
• iCloud Drive: A backup may remain after the app is deleted. Delete KyudoNow data separately through your iCloud Drive management controls.
• Purchases: Apple and RevenueCat may retain purchase information as needed for transactions, restoration, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
• Support: Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence. Some information may be retained for verification, security, technical, or legal reasons.

KyudoNow does not create a user account, so there is no account-deletion process. For requests concerning an anonymous RevenueCat customer record, contact us and we will explain the information needed to locate it where technically and legally possible.

9. Security, children, and changes

We use reasonable safeguards such as the operating system sandbox, limited access, and atomic file writes, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. KyudoNow is not designed to intentionally collect personal information from children.

We may update this Policy when features, service providers, or laws change. We will present material changes clearly in the app or on this page.
