1. Using the app
The Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app license. This page adds the app-specific conditions for tools and purchases.
2. Tools and tickets
Each new game includes one free use of Clear One and one of Swap. One ticket adds one extra use of either tool. Extra uses from ads and purchases are limited to one per tool per game, for a total of two uses per tool.
When using a ticket, it is spent only when you confirm a valid action. Selecting targets or cancelling spends nothing. Unused tickets carry over without expiration. Replaying the same board does not return spent tickets.
A game started under older rules may keep its original allowances. New games and same-board replays use the current allowances.
3. Remove End-of-Game Ads
This one-time purchase removes ads shown when leaving game results for another game or Home. User-selected reward ads for tickets remain available. It includes no tickets or increased tool limits.
4. Current sales and storage
Ads and new paid sales are currently unavailable. If sales begin, product details and prices provided by Apple will appear before purchase. Review the displayed terms before confirming.
Regular ticket use and iCloud sync are being prepared. Paid tickets remain unavailable until real purchase and recovery checks pass with the same iCloud account. Old device-only tickets are not automatically transferred. Restoring an ad-removal entitlement is separate from recovering a ticket balance after use.
Test tickets and entitlements from testing environments such as TestFlight do not transfer to regular play.
5. Using iCloud tickets
Delivering and spending iCloud tickets requires a connection to the same iCloud account. There is no separate app login. Restrictions, quota, network problems or missing data can pause processing. Unknown records are not treated as zero, and completed purchases do not automatically regrant tickets.
Recovery is not guaranteed after user deletion or service failures, even with the same iCloud account. Regular play and free tools work without iCloud or a connection.
6. Purchase checks and support
If a purchase is missing, check the app’s balance and history and use Check pending purchases when available. To check an existing ad-free entitlement, choose Settings → Restore the ad-free purchase. This does not recreate spent tickets. Use Apple purchase support for billing and refund requests.
