1. Regular play and local storage
Regular play and free tools need no app account or internet connection. Boards, moves, scores, personal records, settings and local ticket history are saved on this device. Regular ticket use, new paid sales, ads and iCloud ticket sync are currently unavailable.
Game, ad and purchase events used to check operation are also saved locally. They are not sent to a developer-operated gameplay analytics server. Apple device backups may include app data. Game records do not automatically sync. The iCloud ticket feature is described below.
2. Purchases through Apple
Apple StoreKit handles purchases and transaction verification. Apple processes payment details; the provider does not receive payment-card numbers or Apple Account passwords. The app checks product, transaction ID and purchase status to prevent duplicate delivery.
Even while new sales are disabled, retrieving product information, checking purchases and restoring an existing ad-free purchase can communicate with Apple. These checks do not start a new purchase.
3. Ticket storage in iCloud
When ticket sync is enabled in the dedicated test area, Apple CloudKit stores balances, purchase/use/reversal/ad-reward history, pending tool actions and the board state needed to recover those actions in your private iCloud area. An iCloud identifier separates wallets, and a dedicated ID links StoreKit transactions. Purchase delivery, spending and recovery need a connection.
Regular iCloud ticket sync is being prepared. The explicit iCloud testing area separates its test tickets from regular and device-only test tickets. No app-specific Sign in with Apple, developer wallet server or RevenueCat SDK transmission is used.
iCloud records are kept for balance recovery and duplicate prevention. You can manage iCloud use and data in device settings, but deleting data may prevent recovery of a balance after spending. Purchase history does not recreate spent tickets. Account changes, unavailable iCloud, quota issues or missing records pause delivery and spending until resolved.
4. Ads and consent
When ads are used, the app uses Google Mobile Ads and consent-management services. Required consent status is checked before ads load. Google may process IP addresses, device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostics.
Ads are currently disabled in regular play. The dedicated testing area in environments such as TestFlight uses Google official test ads. The app shows an ad-privacy settings entry when the region and consent state require it.
5. Contact information
The shared Kitokito Apps contact page uses Google Forms. We use the message, contact details you provide and any device details or images you choose to submit to respond, investigate issues and handle data requests. Google also processes information associated with providing the form under its own policy. We retain inquiry information as needed for the response and applicable legal obligations. Passwords, verification codes and payment-card numbers are not needed.
6. Stored data and your choices
Deleting the app may make local data unavailable. Deletion is not a way to recover tickets. Apple backups and purchase records, and information held by RevenueCat from earlier app versions, may remain after you remove the app. The current app does not use RevenueCat SDK transmission; retention of earlier information depends on the relevant service and is not represented as already ended.
For access, correction or deletion requests concerning inquiry information handled by the provider, use Kitokito Apps Support. We respond subject to identity verification and applicable law. Use Apple’s processes for its purchase records and refund requests.
7. This website and external services
This website is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process request information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the pages. The shared layout loads Google Fonts, so your browser communicates with Google to retrieve fonts and sends request information such as its IP address. Opening the shared contact page also loads Google Forms. These website requests are separate from in-app gameplay; the app does not send game events to a developer-operated external gameplay analytics service.
Apple, Google, Cloudflare and any services used in earlier versions apply their own privacy policies. Refer to their policies for retention, storage locations and your choices.
8. Changes and contact
We update the date on this page when data practices change, and provide any notice or consent required by the change and applicable law.
